What are HEROBOXes made from?

100% recycled, FSC certified cardboard in kraft brown, using 3mm B-flute board for strength.

Where are HEROBOXes made?

In Australia. We source the board, make the boxes and print them in our Sydney warehouse.

Are HEROBOXes recyclable?

Yes. They’re recyclable and compostable, and printed with water-based, eco-friendly inks.

What sizes are available?

Internal dimensions (length x width x height):

All boxes may vary by up to 5mm from the listed size.

Do boxes arrive assembled?

No. HEROBOXes ship flat-packed to save space and freight. Fold to assemble when you’re ready to pack.

Can I get my logo printed on HEROBOXes?

How long does custom printing take?

Every custom order starts with a PDF proof, emailed within 2–3 business days. Printing starts once you approve it. Current print and dispatch times are listed under Custom Printed Boxes on our Shipping & Returns page. Have an event or urgent deadline? Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The price per box drops as quantity increases, from 25 up to 1,000.

What else do I need to pack with HEROBOXes?

HEROBOXes pair with HERO Hex Wrap for protection, water-activated HEROTAPE to seal, and HEROLABELs for addressing.

Can I return boxes?

Printed boxes can’t be returned once printed. For plain boxes, see our Shipping & Returns page or contact us.
